San Diego bans low-cost housing from getting built on 80% of its land with Exclusionary Zoning. It's no wonder there are no affordable market-rate homes. The city banned them all.

i live right next to this trail, and hiked it at least 100x From trail head to top where pic of her was taking, is like 30 min-40 hike. i am not sure if this is the whole story, as it is a very small area, you can see the whole mountain, cant be more than 3/4 mile from a street/housing, with pq hugging one side and 4s ranch on the other, not sure how this happened. i lived here 40 plus years and never heard of anyone going missing, on this hike, also it was 87 degree that day, hot but not extreme for San Diego at all, kinda normal summer temp. perhaps medical issues? anyway sad to hear, RIP.
